Category now mandatory when creating document link from reports

When creating document links from reports and export targets, it is now also checked whether a document category is mandatory. If it is set in the administration settings that a category is required, a report can no longer be executed or saved with a document link without a category. This check also applies when using the report export dialog and via the API.
