VAT Union Scheme did not take into account the fiscal year setup

When using the Union Scheme for VAT, the setup for a specific fiscal year was not taken into account. As a result, it was possible that VAT data was not determined for financial entries based on a Union Scheme that was not configured for a different fiscal year.
