Cause

The error message For an indirect hour type 'Never on Order' or a No Cost Entry hour type, no production order may be entered. appears when during provisionally processing MKG detects that hours have been posted on an operation with the hour type 'Indirect hour type' or 'No cost booking'. In this case, no production order may be entered.

Solution 1

1. Open the Time Registration module in the MKG client.
2. Change the operation of the hour record.

Solution 2

1. Open the Operations table in the MKG client.
2. Change the hour type of the relevant operation.
