Cause

The error message For operation '%1', an order must always be entered. can appear when entering hours on the Shop Floor if the selected operation includes a direct hour type. In that case, a production order no. must be provided.

Solution

1. Open the Employees table in the MKG client and go to the relevant employee.
2. Go to the 'Hour Management' tab » 'Default Time Registration Data'.
3. The Operation field contains a default operation that involves a direct hour type. Remove this default operation or change it to an operation with an indirect hour type so that no order no. is required.
