Unmanned Performance (8009): Hour Type Operation Added to Filter

We have added the hour type of the operations as a possible filter to the standard dashboard Unmanned Performance (8009). In addition, the totals for the PC hours and AC hours have been added to the 'Details' tab. Some textual, visual and layout improvements have also been made.
