Notification and Blocking for Invalid Date Parameter Values

Date parameters were not checked to see whether they contained a valid value if the parameter was mandatory. If no (correct) date has been entered, the following message will now appear: "The mandatory parameter does not have a valid value". This message will also block the actions Calculate Quote and Offer on the sales quote line and the actions Start Production and Confirm on the sales order line.
