Process Notifications Were Not Shown for Delivery Date within Own Company Closure

The process notifications "Delivery Date: Company is closed" and "Confirmed Delivery Date: Company is closed" were not shown on the purchase order line, if a date was chosen that fell within the company closure of the own administration. We have improved this.
