Display of results knowledge items improved

We have improved the display of the results list in the Knowledge Center. Previously, for any article that did not contain an intro text, the beginning of the article text would be displayed below the title up to a certain word count and then the text would be cut off. This looked a bit messy and did not accurately represent the content of the article. In addition, more text had to be loaded. We have improved this. The intro is now shown as subtext under the title by default. If no intro has been filled in, this section will remain empty. This also improves performance.
