Saving Standard and User Dashboards without Curly Braces

Curly braces are used to translate fixed texts in standard dashboards to the language in which you are logged in. Because user dashboards are not translated, it was desirable to remove the curly braces when saving a dashboard as a user dashboard. When saving a dashboard as a standard dashboard, the Dutch option has been added to 'Translate to'. This saves the dashboard without curly braces before and after fixed texts in the dashboard, such as titles.
