Separate Lists for Production Orders and Calculations at Order Selection

It was not possible to scroll in the order selection list. We solved this by creating two different lists: for production orders and calculations. Each list has its own button: Select Order resp. Select Calculation. If there are no calculations in the administration, the button will be visible. Previously, both lists could be found under the Select Order button, each list in its own tab.
