Check install.ini during MKG Update

If the install.ini had been manually adjusted, the data was overwritten after an update of MKG with the default values that MKG provides during an installation. From now on it will be checked whether the install.ini has been modified. If that is the case, this data will be retained. A check has also been added to determine whether the data has been constructed correctly.
