Improvement of End Time Determination in case of Working Time Shift

With a checked setting 'Working Time Shift active', the end time was always calculated as if working time shift was being used, even if you signed in earlier than the start time. In addition, the choice 'Never before Starting' or 'Ask before Starting' was not taken into account when determining the end time. We have improved this.
