Public Holidays and Weekends Were Not Included in the Calculation of Handling Days

When planning production orders, the administration settings 'Take Public Holidays into account in Automatic Date Determination' and 'Take Weekends into account in Automatic Date Determination' are now taken into account, so that handling days are calculated correctly.
