App, Smart Client, and API calls no longer possible with API version 2

Calls to the MKG API version 2 are no longer possible from now on.

Attention!
If the option 'Use API version v2' is set to 'v2' for the Smart Client, this must be changed to 'Automatic' or 'v3'. You can find this option under the Advanced settings.
