Improved check on transport and delivery date during partial ready reporting

If a production order line is linked to multiple sales order lines, the existing transport and/or delivery dates will now be taken into account during partial ready reporting. First, the earliest transport date is considered, followed by the delivery date. These order lines are displayed as 'fully available' first.
