Also unique is the built-in AI Data Analyst. Through a user-friendly chat interface, this assistant helps with data analysis and trend discovery. These AI Data Analyses are proactively sent to you via email. Thus, Bisharp not only helps you visualize data but also provides concrete guidance and action-oriented insights.

The platform not only connects with MKG but also with other data sources within your manufacturing company such as accounting software, HR/Payroll software, and LinkedIn. Thanks to this broad integration, a central platform is created where all important business data can be found.

Through the extensive MKG API capabilities, Bisharp seamlessly connects with MKG. After processing the MKG API data such as URL, username, and password, Bisharp automatically connects with your MKG.

• For this integration, an MKG5 environment with the MKG API is required, which must be accessible from outside.
• The MKG Exchange license (read-only or full control) must be active.
• API Key and a user with specific rights.

Implementation Considerations

• Bisharp provides a complete standard that is constantly improved. However, customer-specific requests are not included in the standard. Setting up these custom requests requires additional consultancy effort.
• The implementation looks as follows:
  • Connecting MKG administration via the MKG API
  • Unlocking MKG data to the Bisharp platform
  • Implementation day – Consultant visits the location for explanation and training
